About Land Clearing Houston
A Greater Houston land clearing operation built around one idea: scope every job around the real condition of the land, not a brochure.
Who We Are
Focused on Land, Not Lawns
Land Clearing Houston is a single-focus operation: clearing, mulching, and site prep across the Greater Houston region. We're not a general yard company that also clears lots. Land clearing is the business.
Every job starts with a site walk — understanding the vegetation, the access, the drainage, and especially the intended next use of the land. A lot that's being cleared for a custom home pad has different requirements than a ranch road corridor or a storm-damaged acreage tract, and we scope accordingly.
Our service area stretches from tight Houston infill lots to rural acreage across Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, and surrounding counties. Same-week site visits are the norm.
How We Work
What We Stand For
Site-First Scoping
Every quote is built on a site walk, not a phone call. The land tells us what the job is.
Right Equipment
Forestry mulchers, skid steers, excavators, or dozers — we use what the site calls for, not what we happen to own.
Gulf Coast Aware
Clay, sand, rainfall, and hurricane season all shape how we work. We plan for the weather the land actually gets.
Clean Handoffs
Foundation, fencing, utility, or paving — the next crew should be able to start without rework.
Honest Quoting
Scope, price, and reasoning — all spelled out. No surprise invoices, no upsells.
Specialization
Clearing, mulching, and site prep is all we do. Depth of focus over breadth of services.
FAQ
About the Business
What does Land Clearing Houston do? +
Land Clearing Houston provides land clearing, forestry mulching, brush removal, tree and stump removal, site preparation, drainage work, and storm debris cleanup across Greater Houston. Every scope is built around the actual condition of the property.
Do you serve all of Greater Houston? +
Yes. We operate as a service area business covering Houston, Katy, Cypress, Tomball, Magnolia, Spring, The Woodlands, Humble, Pasadena, Pearland, Baytown, League City, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, Rosenberg, Conroe, and surrounding communities. Coverage is scoped by project size and location.
What types of properties do you work on? +
We work on residential lots, commercial parcels, rural acreage, development sites, and storm-damaged properties. Scopes range from small overgrown backyards to multi-acre tracts.
What is forestry mulching? +
Forestry mulching is a low-impact clearing method that grinds brush, saplings, and vegetation in place, leaving a protective mulch layer behind. It eliminates hauling and burning, protects topsoil, and is well suited to Southeast Texas rainfall and soil conditions.
Do you offer emergency storm cleanup? +
Yes. Emergency storm debris cleanup is available by request. We prioritize opening access, removing hazardous limbs and trees, and clearing debris so repair and rebuild work can start.
Do you handle site preparation for construction? +
Yes. We provide clearing, grubbing, rough grading, and access prep for builds across Greater Houston. Site prep is coordinated with the build plan and accounts for Gulf Coast drainage and soil conditions.
